KIVA is a “non-profit organization with a mission to connect people through lending to alleviate poverty. Leveraging the internet and a worldwide network of microfinance institutions, Kiva lets individuals lend as little as $25 to help create opportunity around the world.” To date, our clinic has donated toward helping a small business owner. Main Street Project:
An organization that serves the needs of Winnipeg’s most vulnerable residents. We support this organization through monetary donations and through donation of warm clothing items in the cold weather months. www.mainstreetproject.ca
Siloam Mission:
A local organization helping the homeless in Winnipeg through food, lodging, clothing, health care and employment programs. www.siloam.ca
Our Physiotherapists:
Are also involved with the community by coaching and volunteering at local amateur sporting events. Furthermore, many have and are representing our province and country by competing themselves in high-level sports!
